Barcelona will apply to play El Clasico again!
Barcelona have lost three of the three Clasicos this season. However, losing 3-2 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday (April 21) is not digesting Barcelona president Juan Laporte. He cannot accept the referee's controversial decision about a goal. Laporte said he will appeal to the Spanish Football Federation to replay the match.
Barcelona took the lead early in the match at the Santiago Bernabeu. But that lead could not be maintained for long. The first half ended in a 1-1 draw. But this result of the first half could have been different.
In the 28th minute of the match, the Real goalkeeper turned back Yamal's shot from Barça Curran from the goal line. Controversy has been created about not getting that goal. However, after checking the VAR, it was decided that the goal was not scored.
However, president Juan Laporte, along with Barca's coach and players, felt the ball had crossed the goal line and Barca should have scored. For that reason, Laporte spoke about the possibility of requesting the replay of the match to the Spanish Football Federation.
He said, "We will ask the Spanish Federation for all the pictures of whether the ball is a goal or not." Also want to listen to all audio messages in VAR room. We are sure it is a goal, if it is a goal, then we are not rejecting the request to organize the match again.
