Belgium wants to end 43 years of regret by defeating France

Belgium last beat France in a World Cup qualifier in 1981. After that, Belgium could not beat the French in any competitive match in the last 43 years. Belgium is very eager to win this time. But Didier Desham's team is also ready for a tough fight.

Two of Europe's strongest teams will meet on Monday night in an important match of the UEFA Nations League. In the second group of 'A' League, France is second with 6 points in three matches, Belgium is third with 2 points less. Italy is on top with 7 points. Therefore, if they do not win against France, Belgium will be in danger of being knocked out.

Therefore, before the match against France, Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco said that they want to beat the French by playing brave football.

Desham also said that his team is ready for a tough fight. He said, 'We will get an energized Belgium team in front of us. They're always like that, but Monday will be even more exciting.

There is definitely a competition here.

While France beat Israel 4-1 in their previous Nations League match, Belgium drew 2-2 with Italy.

But both the teams are not getting their best stars before such an important match. France is not getting Kylian Mbappe. Belgium are missing two of their most important veteran footballers, Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku.

In Mbappe's absence, the armband will be in the hands of Aurelien Chuomeni.
